My siblings and I found the choice of drinks very first-class! The table decorations on the tables and in the entire restaurant are reasonable and stylish. The bathroom is always clean and all in all the restaurant gives a harmonious impression. The restaurant does indeed have the potential to be my new favorite restaurant. The waiters are constantly trying hard and courteous!

Unfortunately, you have to give a star, I would have preferred not to have given one. The lock is only for your own profit and takes no account of the contract partner! Would never sign a contract with this operator if security and your money are important to you. Rude contact and zero courtesy!

The best place for dancing and drinks in Disserdof

You have to like that or not? Wasn't for me. Too modern. Does not fit into the typical Altbier world of Düsseldorf. The youth will definitely like that. But the beer is very tasty. We didn't eat. The service is like in the Düsseldorf pubs. Unfriendly.

Thank you for your information! We drove over 100 km to their night market event on January 4th, 2020. We spent € 6 in the parking garage to find out on site, very disappointed and sometimes angry travelers who wanted to visit the night market, that this does not take place. This club is located at the end of Old city (Altstadt) on Ratingerstrasse. I went there a few times and have to admit that thr people are nice, but the service at the bar was a little bit disappointing. If you want to go there you might want to check on their Facebook page what kind of events they have, but most of the time they play mainstream music/hits. Theme parties are organised there as well.

Wardrobe totally overloaded. Floor was full of glass in the dance area. But at the counter it was fast. Drink prices were okay too.

I was there for an event ... great staff and great service. At this event, there was a breakfast buffet ... that was not delicious and not really fresh. For a price of 20 € very disappointing. The warm dishes were great afterwards!

Very unfriendly doorman and no organisation at all... Especially when it comes to sympathy they harshly follow a policy that was not even presented in the first place. A pure Rip—off without any costume service.

Just terrible

As the name implies, Castles Alt is served here. The prices are steep, especially as castles are not the first guard of the breweries. "Served" may be overkill, at least at concerts a fridge is opened and a bottle presented. For 0.3 liters 3.50 euros, well. That the staff behind the counter sometimes takes more important than the paying guest, annoying. Positive: The hall, the square, the dance floor, the screened toilet situation, the view of the stage, the sound (if the technician controls it properly), the modernity. The awarded 4 stars are more of a 3.5.

I went there to celebrate the new year the ticket had cost me 35 euro so i was kinda expecting more, i was so disappointed the party was awful their was nothing special about this place..

I was here for the Notte Italiana. The nightclub is great and it has a good soundsystem. The problem was the staff at the bar, very rude and very expensive. I ordered a Rum-Cola and got basically just Cola, politely asked the lady to actually put some Rum and she refused. Very dissappointing

I was there for Germany's final match at the 2018 world cup, so not a normal day. The place is huge and has a big room with what appears to be a dance floor on normal days. The service was kind. I ordered the schnitzel and got a pretty small cut, with OK French fries. Otherwise the place is modernly decorated and nice to be in.

Yesterday we were with 14 people in the outdoor catering area to have a drink. One of the 14 people present did not want to have a drink at first. Since the World Cup was running on some TVs at the same time, the waiver of the drink was not accepted and acknowledged with the statement that it would otherwise cost 6 euros to watch the World Cup here. The objection that this was not in our interest and that the television we were looking at did not work at all (see photo) was responded to with vehement arguments without a conclusive connection. It's a shame, because otherwise it's a pleasant place, but it seems that the strategy and friendliness of the staff have to be improved. Incidentally, no other table outside was occupied that we would have taken the place with 13 paying guests.

The Schlösser is not my favorite Altbier in Düsseldorf but you can drink it from the barrel. In the bohemian you can eat well and in the evening you can also go into the morning vacation.

Had a corporate event there. Very quick and friendly staff. The buffet was great, everything was delicious. You can argue about old castles, I liked it. The DJ presented a good selection of music. All in all a great location in a great location.
